Putin, Erdogan discuss trade, economic relations by phone

ANKARA, Aug 10 (PRIME) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan have discussed economic and trade relations by phone, a source in Erdogan’s administration told PRIME on Friday.

“The leaders exchanges views on bilateral trade and economic relations, as well as discussed the situation in the region. They expressed satisfaction that these relations are developing in a positive way. They also positively assesses cooperation in the spheres of defense industry and energy,” the source said.
